Levy founded the company in 2021 and leads every construction project on the ground, from the first site walk through final handoff. He still swings a hammer when the job calls for it, and he's the single point of contact on every active build.
Norma leads our architecture and visual design division through Roseate Creative Studio. Trained in Architecture (2015–2020) and Graphic Design (2018–2021) at Universidad José Cecilio del Valle, with specialized work in branding, 3D visualization, and the full Adobe suite. Her brand systems live on storefronts across Honduras, Casa Cantillanos, Café Cantillanos, Encantos Joyería, Ahavashophn, and her renders bring our projects to life before a single block is laid.
Darío leads our environmental services through Island Pest Control & Garden Care. An agronomist from Universidad Nacional de Agricultura (UNAG), he combines technical training in integrated pest management, environmental health, and phytosanitary care with a hands-on, client-first approach. His team keeps homes, businesses, and green spaces clean and protected with safe, durable methods, long after the construction crew leaves.

We visit the lot together (in person or over video). We measure, photograph, and flag anything that affects design or budget, slope, access, utilities, neighbors.
Architectural plans, finish selections, and a line-item estimate. You get a fixed price with documented allowances, not a moving target.
Permits, foundation, structure, finishes, landscaping. Weekly photo updates and a single point of contact through every phase.
Final walkthrough, punch list, keys, and a one-year warranty on workmanship. We answer the phone forever, that's the only way reputations get built here.
